PROFILE
Support the operational activities necessary for the participation of the company in public bids and private clients, guaranteeing the compliance of the proposals with the companys commercial policies, as well as the
documentation with the Bid received, in order to accredit the company within the established deadlines.
CheckLists in contractual information regarding SLA deadlines and criteria, contractual penalties rules,
financial rules, delivery, payments and other information related to contracting, in accordance with the
companys business policies .
Responsible for gathering the necessary documents (Legal, Tax, Financial and Technical) to participate in the
opportunities with private and public clients.
Elaboration and consolidation of questions, identified by the Pre-sales and commercial area, with prior
approval of the Sales Executive, aiming at the companys participation in business opportunities;
Follow the progress of opportunities and work as interface with the internal areas;
Follow up after delivery of the documents until the conclusion of the opportunity;
igitization and Archiving of Documents;
Coordinate the definition of the documentation to be kept on file for participation in the RFQ and bidding
processes, ensuring the updating of the documents, so that it can be used in the opportunities.
Coordinate the maintenance activities and control of Company registrations on the websites of public and
private clients.
SKILL:
Experience with RFP analysis, RFI and bidding processes.
Knowledge in Law 8.666/1993 and laws / decrees that regulate the bidding processes.
Advanced degree or Bachelor?s degree (Administrative, Legal, Engineering, IT);
Proficiency with software tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
Good interpersonal skills and clear effective communication ability;
Should be extremely thorough and detail oriented
Must have writing skills (be able to express themselves effectively and accurately in writing to avoid any
confusion in the documents).
Must be able to manage their time efficiently (according to the opportunities demanded by the area and
peculiarities of each document / project)
